Money Back Guarantee

a. proudly offers “15-Day Money Back Guarantee” for Shared, Reseller and Master Reseller Hosting Plans. This guarantee allows customers to purchase Hosting’s services with full confidence and zero-risk.
b. If you are not completely satisfied with our services for any reason within the first 30 days from your signup date, we will issue a full refund except the money paid for domain names, script installs, SSL certificates. There will be no money back/refunds after 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
c. All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars, and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund.
d. We will not responsible for any change in exchange rates between time of payment and time of refund.
e. There are no refunds on Dedicated Servers, VPS, cloud servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software/scripts, domain name purchases, extra dedicated IPes, SSL Certificate purchases and customized orders.
f. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
g. Only first will be eligible for “30-Day Money Back Guarantee”, renewal payment will not be eligible for refund under “30-Day Money Back Guarantee” even paid within the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee period.
h. Special Offers are non refundable unless otherwise asked.
i. The thirty (30) day money back guarantee is not valid upon any terms of service or acceptable use policy violations. Terminated accounts are not eligible for Money Back guarantee if the termination occurred due to a violation of TOS.

Uptime Guarantee Policy

If your shared / reseller server has a downtime that is not within the 99.9% uptime you may receive one month of service credit on your account.
Please note that scheduled downtime is not counted as “real downtime” and you will not get a credit for it.
The 3rd party monitoring service reports may not be used for justification due to a variety of factors including the monitor’s network capacity/transit availability.
Dedicated servers and VPS are covered by a 99.9% network guarantee in which the credit is prorated for the amount of time the server is down due to network issue cause by us.
The down time due to internal VPS/dedicated server issue is not counted as “real downtime” and you will not get a credit for it. The credit will only be deposited into the customers billing account/client area. Credit to your account will be your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of downtime. There will be no refund against uptime guarantee policy.

Request A Refund With the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

To activate this guarantee, Customer must submit online request to CANCEL their service by opening ticket with billing department or by using cancellation request link in the client area.
The paid amount will be refunded within 7 days after receiving cancellation request.
In order to get a service credit against uptime guarantee policy, you will need to open a ticket with our billing department and claim the downtime by including logs and other details you feel relevant.
The credit will be applied to your account within 7 days after your claim is approved.

Abuse of Money Back Guarantee

The satisfaction guarantee allows customers to purchase Hosting’s services with full confidence and zero-risk but this is being abuse by the abusers in such a way that to verify the server security to suit their abuse. If they found the server is full secured then they claim money back guarantee. In such cases we reserve the right to charge 25% of the paid amount or $10 the service charges if they failed to provide valid reason.
The may charge service fee if order my mistake. retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.
